My name is Holly Munsinger and I have created HoustonWAHM's with the work at home mom in mind.  I am so excited to have a site where other moms can go to to learn about direct sales companies, events, vendor shows, etc.  I am the mom of two girls; Haylee and Hunter, and enjoy being able to spend as much time with them as possible.

I have worked in direct sales for almost 13 years and LOVE getting out and meeting new people.   I wanted to share my experiences with others in direct sales and even help connect moms who stay at home wtih others.   I hope that through this organization we can help join others, make friendships, share our products and spread the word on ways to earn some money while we are home with our children.  If you're looking for a home business, you've come to the right place.

Finally, if you have any questions about anything ... please ask.  I think you will find the WAHMs here to be very friendly and helpful. We try to keep a lighthearted, happy atmosphere here ... so if you ever find otherwise, let me know.  If you know of a mom who is looking for a home-based business opportunity; please send them our way.   We have so many members that would love to share their experiences with each of their respective direct sales companies and help find the right one for each individual!

My name is Julie Peters and I am an Area Manager with Arbonne International. Arbonne is my full time business and I love the freedom it has given me after 30 years of working very fulltime in the JOB world. I turned 50 last month and welcome the next ½ century of life!! I live in The Woodlands Texas and have been married to Rankin for 25 years and have 2 amazing kids. Jessica (20years) is a junior at Texas State in San Marcos and Ross (18years) is graduating in June and moving to Wyoming to begin school at WYOTech. It's an exciting time for our family, but the empty nester thing came much quicker than expected!

After receiving my degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 1980 from the Conrad Hilton School at UofH, I worked as the front of the house manager for ChiChi's Mexican Restaurant. I then found myself helping a close friend with his sound and lighting company that was growing very quickly and worked for him for 26 years. As my children approached junior high and high school age, I realized I wanted to be closer to home and took a job at my church - only one mile from the house.
